FEBRUARY 2010
The renovations begin!!! For February we knocked down the small building down on the property next to us and began the site work for the construction and renovation of our facility. We do not anticipate much effect to customer and service parking this month. We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences. March Renovation Calendar of events:
- Site work for the parking, entrance and exit for the new facility
- Infrastructure for the HVAC and Electric
- May take down the New Car Showroom by the end of March

APRIL 2010
- Demolition of the New Car Showroom
- Excavation of the area
- Footings and Foundation for the new Showroom

MAY 2010
- Continued excavation of the previous new car showroom
- Footings, Foundation, and Structural Steel for the new Showroom
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

JUNE 2010
- Footings, Foundation, and Structural Steel continuing for the new Showroom
- Excavation begins at the end of the month for the extension of the Service Department
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

JULY 2010
- Structural Steel will be completed for the new Showroom
- Roof on new Showroom will start
- Excavation, footings, & foundation continue for the extension of the Service Department
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

AUGUST 2010
- Sheetrock and inside finishes will be started for the new Showroom
- The foundation will be poured for the extension of the Service Department
- Roof and Steel will begin on the Service Department Extension
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

SEPTEMBER 2010
- The New Showroom will be completed
- Sheetrock starts for the Service Extension
- Beginning of the existing Service Renovations
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

OCTOBER 2010
- The New Showroom will be completed by the end of the month!
- Service Extension should be completed by the end of the month
- Beginning of the existing Service Department Renovations
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

NOVEMBER 2010
- Service Extension to be completed.
- Beginning of the existing Service and Parts Department Renovations.
- We ask you again to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

DECEMBER 2010
- The new Service Addition work continues 
- Service Drive Addition foundation was poured and now begins.
- We ask you to please excuse any inconveniences due to the construction and to please let someone know if you experience any unreasonable inconveniences.

JANUARY 2011
- We are in the final stretch of construction.
- The service drive will be open by the end of the month.
- The Parts department renovations will begin with the completion scheduled for the end of February or sooner.

- The New Service Drive will be open by the end of the month.

- The Renovations should be totally complete by the end of January!!!

- The Final Touches are being done at the beginning of this month for the completion of our new Facility.  We hope that you, our valued customer are as happy with the changes as we are!
